Planning and having a goal from a very young age.
If I had learned this in childhood, I might have reached much greater heights in life. I could have made better use of my potential and achieved much more.
Alas, that wasn’t the case. I realized this quite late in life. As they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day. I now have to work on myself from scratch, which is even harder because our habits and ways of thinking often develop over many years. Learning to control my mind and build better habits takes time. It won’t happen overnight.
Old habits die hard, and developing new ones takes a lot of effort and patience.
I’m still struggling, although I’m making small improvements.
If only I had understood these things when I was younger, my life might have been completely different. I would not have the unnecessary pain of increased work, pressure, stress now.
