What’s the kindest thing someone has ever done for you?

Kindness… I think it’s everywhere. And it comes in many forms too.

Giving a helping hand in pushing a broken-down vehicle…

Giving up a seat on a crowded bus when someone noticed how tired I was…

Giving the correct directions when someone was misleading us just to earn some money. (This happened when I asked an auto-rickshaw driver for directions. He gave me a roundabout route so that I would take his auto to reach my destination. But a kind person nearby noticed this and guided me in the right direction.)

Helping us get our tickets when taking tickets was hectic because of the huge crowd…

And so on…

Sometimes, we mistake kindness for naivety and think of kind people as simpletons. But I believe we should remain kind and humble, show our gratitude, and not let such thoughts change us.
