Firstly, identify your negative thoughts and the emotions behind them. You can’t change what you don’t recognize.
Once you’re aware of them, don’t keep feeding them. Instead, shift your attention toward the good things you want to achieve in life.
An empty mind is the devil’s workshop, so keep yourself engaged. Give your brain something meaningful to do, and stay physically active instead of becoming lazy. This is very tough at first, but once you master it, then you are almost successful in stopping negative thoughts.
Maintain good posture. Standing or sitting with your back straight can help you feel more confident and energized. I also believe it helps us stay more connected to positive, universal energy.
Never stop learning. Read books, play games that challenge your mind, or learn a new skill. Every new experience helps your brain build new neural pathways and keeps your mind growing.
Don’t spend your life regretting the past. What’s done is done, and no amount of worrying can change it. Learn from it, then bring your focus back to the present.
Finally, believe in yourself. And if you have faith in a higher power, trust that guidance is always available. Ask with sincerity, work toward your goals, and keep moving forward. He will definitely give if you ask for it.
