My strategies for health and well being

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

  • I’ll drink more water in the morning
  • I’ll only eat minimal junk food. Sometimes I eat more when I get cravings, but I don’t over do it. I’ll set a limit.
  • Will do some activity like badminton in a week.
  • Eating only 2 times per day on the weekend
  • I’ll do some physical activity like yoga or general exercise (with & without dumbbells) daily but not consistently, I’ll miss it sometimes
  • When there is too much stress, I’ll do meditation.
  • Read books occasionally
  • Listening to my favorite songs at night time when there’s no sound, only the music in my ears… It’s a wonderful feeling
  • Watch my favorite anime once again
  • Thinking of ideas to improve my life and trying those. 
  • Occasionally visiting famous temples, I like being closer to God and many more….
