How do you manage stress?

Everyone experiences stress, myself included. In my case, I don’t actively manage stress all the time. Sometimes, I simply leave it alone and forget about it for a while.
You see, perhaps my mind is too lazy to keep stressing out! So, yes, I feel stressed, but after some time, my brain starts questioning why it should keep worrying about the same thing. Eventually, I stop thinking about the stressful situation or circumstances. Of course, the stress may return later.
This cycle continues for some time until I find a solution. By God’s grace, I eventually figure out what to do, and once I start addressing the problem, my stress begins to decrease.
You know, when I’m stressed, I find it difficult to think clearly. My mind becomes chaotic, and even ordinary things can go wrong. Sometimes, I consciously try to relax; other times, I don’t. Usually, after a good night’s sleep, I wake up feeling different. I can look at the situation with a fresh perspective and feel ready to find a solution and do something about it.
This is how I’ve been managing stress until now. There will be stressful situations in the future, but I know I need to prepare myself better, improve my mental clarity, and learn to remain calm even in stressful or chaotic circumstances.
I’m always a learner, and I believe there’s still a lot I can learn about managing my mind and dealing with stress.
