If aliens arrived tomorrow, what’s the first thing you’d ask them?

If aliens arrived on Earth, the first thing I’d want to confirm is that aliens are actually real and that life exists outside Earth. I’ve always believed that there must be some form of life somewhere in the galaxy(I think Milky Way itself might have life, no need to go far 😉).

What’s the point in speaking to them if they’ve already been here for a few years and have learned our languages? Then I could simply talk to them. 😅 In fact, they should already know the language I speak!

Of course, in the worst case, they might attack me immediately. I have no idea what might happen.

But suppose they are peaceful and already know Earth’s languages. Then I’d ask them about the Ancient Astronauts/Ancient Aliens theory.

Erich von Däniken popularized the theory on a massive international scale. His book Chariots of the Gods was an interesting read. I didn’t actually read the book myself, but I listened to it as an audiobook, and I enjoyed it just the same.

So I’d ask them directly: Is this theory actually true? Did your kind really visit Earth thousands of years ago, or have you been here with us for much longer than we realize?
