Try to have less caffeine as much as possible. So I don’t drink coffee or tea. Sometimes green tea and chocolate in general.

Drink 1250ml of water the morning. Good for getting the waste out of body, cleans the stomach before breakfast, I’ll get proper hunger signs which indicates me to eat at the proper time, keeps my skin fresh and healthy, keeps the kidneys in good functional condition and so on.

I do eat junk but not a lot, only once or twice in a week.

I eat only 2 times on weekends. From an Ayurvedic perspective, I like the idea of giving enough time for the previous meal to digest before eating again. For me, it’s less about deliberately skipping a meal and more about not eating when I’m not genuinely hungry.

I eat different kinds of locally available vegetables. Most of them are part of curries, sambar and other cooked dishes. I also eat raw vegetables such as carrots and radishes occasionally.

In some days, I don’t eat cooked food, either it may be at the night or in the morning. I don’t consider it a strict detox; it’s simply something I personally enjoy as part of my eating routine.
