What’s a conspiracy theory you actually find believable?

The Ancient Astronaut Theory by Erich von Daniken.

I find this theory somewhat believable because I believe that, in this vast universe, we are probably not the only intelligent life forms. I believe there must be other forms of life somewhere out there.

It all started for me with Erich von Daniken’s famous book, Chariots of the Gods? The theory suggests that extraterrestrial beings may have visited Earth in ancient times and influenced human civilizations in some way.

According to the theory, these beings might have helped with the construction of massive structures, influenced human evolution, inspired religious stories, or even been interpreted as gods by ancient civilizations.

I don’t necessarily believe all of the explanations given by the author, but I do find some of his arguments interesting and, at least to me, believable.

The book discusses several fascinating examples, including the Nazca Lines, Egyptian pyramids, ancient artwork and other mysterious ancient structures.
