What is something you wish you could tell your 20-year-old self?
A lot to tell….
Take care of your health from now on wards.
Know yourself and start that journey now.
Be proactive, strengthen your mind and body by giving continuous activity to both.
Your life will change drastically. It either controls you or you can control it, but you have to work hard for that.
Finally, “You become what you think about”, so think carefully about what you want to become now.
