Fear has always been part of me. In a way, it is both good and bad.
Self-doubt, on the other hand, is almost always harmful. People should not doubt themselves too much because it slowly brings negativity into life. And once self-doubt becomes deeply entrenched, it becomes very difficult to remove.
To handle both fear and self-doubt, we have to act.
Set a purpose and work towards it. If you were fearful of doing something before, once you truly decide to achieve a goal, fear slowly takes a back seat. You move forward no matter what.
The same goes for self-doubt. If you constantly doubt yourself, you cannot achieve your goal. So eventually, you must overcome that doubt and keep moving toward what you want.
Ultimately, setting a strong purpose is very important — a goal that truly resonates with your soul.
