My mornings are simple. I wake up and do meditation for up-to half an hour, then read some books for some time.
Then I’ll have 1.25 liters of lukewarm water and walk for sometime.
I do some yoga and basic exercise relieving myself in the morning. Later the usual routine, brushing, bathing, etc…
I try to write a blog in the morning whenever possible. If I miss it, I make sure to write later in the day, afternoon or evening
Sometimes, I’ll help my mom in house chores.
