One Sentence That Can Change a Human Life

You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence?

It all comes down to one simple idea: we become what we think about – Earl Nightingale.

Though the sentence is simple, it carries one of the most meaningful truths about human life.

I want to begin my autobiography with this thought because if people truly understand it, their entire lives can change. Our thoughts shape who we become. This is way deeper than it appears. It took so much time for me get into this.

Those who wish to change their lives can use this idea in a positive way, while others may choose not to. The choice is always ours.

I believe this idea is one small piece of the vast puzzle of universal truth. There are many questions in this universe, and this is the answer to one such. I may not yet understand whole complete universal truth, but this is a start.

Ever since I first heard these words, each time I revisit them a new understanding appears, like another facet of the same truth revealing itself.

Now the real question is how I can use this knowledge to move forward and write my autobiography through a life filled with happiness, peace, and prosperity.

I hope these words benefit others and help them make the best use of their own lives.

Thank you
