What makes a good leader?

The qualities like

  • Belief in one self
  • Confidence
  • Determination
  • Perseverance
  • Discipline
  • Compassion
  • Has clarity of vision
  • Empowering others

Above qualities are the core qualities which are needed for a good leader. In the end, leadership is not about being above others, it’s about walking with them and bringing out the best in everyone.

Examples of a good leader

Mahatma Gandhi
Gandhi led without violence or power. His strength came from moral clarity, self-discipline, and the ability to inspire millions through truth and sacrifice. He proved that leadership doesn’t need force, it needs conviction.

A. P. J. Abdul Kalam
Known as the “People’s President,” Kalam inspired generations with humility, vision, and a deep belief in youth. He led through knowledge, simplicity, and service rather than authority.
