Doing Less, Living More: A Simple Life Approach

What could you do less of?

Less laziness: I want to push myself to be more active, both physically and mentally.

Less tiredness: By building stamina, I hope to end the day with energy instead of exhaustion.

Less travel: My daily commute from home to office takes a lot out of me. Even though I can’t avoid it, I wish I could spend less time on the road.

The truth is, we can’t always control everything. But we can choose how we respond. For me, it’s about finding small ways to stay energized, making better use of my time, and reminding myself that less of the draining things means more room for joy, creativity, and growth.
