What is one thing you would change about yourself?
If I could change one thing about myself, it would be my mind.
Physically, I am already in constant motion, science tells us we are never the same person for long. Some parts of us renew in days, others in years, but the overall effect is a body in flux, endlessly rebuilt. Yet through all this change, our sense of self remains continuous.
That is why I’ve turned my attention inward. Through meditation and mindfulness, I seek to reshape my thoughts, to renew my perspective.
For a long time, I have imagined myself as a phoenix – a legendary bird, reborn from its ashes. Every few years I rise again, carrying more energy, more wisdom, more clarity. In this cycle of destruction and renewal, I find not loss but transformation.
