How I’m Restarting My Morning Exercise Routine

What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Exercise is itself a fun activity. Whenever we do exercise, our body rejuvenates and releases “feel-good” hormones, helping us stay positive and energized.

But I’m not doing much of my morning exercises nowadays. I feel a little down and with the summer here, I’m even more tired and feeling exhausted. I do yoga for 5 minutes.

Morning exercise makes my day brighter and I’ll try to do it consistently if possible from now on-wards.

Earlier, I used to do general stretching, jumping jacks, planks and so on for 10 minutes and then various exercises with dumbbells. I want to restart this habit, but slowly—because jumping in too fast might lead to muscle soreness or strain. It’s important to ease back into it carefully.

Any suggestions to improve my arms through exercise and increase arm muscle growth….
