Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

Obviously brain clutter, if this is reduced, every problem is solved in our lives. How to do this? How badly you want to de-clutter your brain? These are 2 main questions.
For “how”, there are so many like doing meditation, practicing mindfulness, being optimistic, etc….

Yesterday, as I was checking youtube, one video caught my attention. That video is about about spine and posture. In today’s modern lifestyle, people are bent instead of being straight. As per that video, spine is not only chain of bones, but it’s the main feature of being human. When first human beings stood or started standing straight with straight spine, that’s where the intelligence in humans begin to develop.

Our ancient sages, sat straight to do meditation for so days some times, months or many years without slacking. That video starts with explaining that all the great figures, like Buddha, Gods of Hindu pantheon are always sitting straight. Being bent often symbolizes tiredness, sadness, depression, or being lost. Sitting straight represents confidence, vigor, happiness, and vibrant thoughts.
If you think about it, being bent is also one of the main reasons for so many spine related ailments. Recently back pain health issues increased many fold, due to us being in bent position for long time either doom scrolling or just doing office work.

So first step in de-cluttering your mind could simply “be straight”. As per the video, sitting straight activates all chakras and our energy reaches the universe.Our body becomes like a properly aligned antenna, able to send and receive energy more efficiently. When we sit bent, this energy flow reduces or becomes almost non-existent.
