What colleges have you attended?
In my life, I can say I have attended two colleges. One I completed, and the other I couldn’t, due to some unforeseen circumstances.
College life and friends—what can I say? It’s often said that college is a time full of enjoyment, and that college friends become lifelong companions. Young people are expected to enjoy, learn, and absorb many life lessons during these years. For many, those friendships last a lifetime.
None of this happened for me.
I did study, and time simply went by. I can honestly say that I didn’t enjoy my college life much. Over time, my college mates went their own ways, and I haven’t been in touch with them since. It seems no one is even interested in a get-together, and I’ve come to accept that.

On a positive note, I truly enjoyed my school life and still have many friends from my high school days. For that, I’m always grateful.
Sometimes life doesn’t unfold the way stories or expectations tell us it should. Not every chapter is memorable, and not every place leaves a mark. But that’s okay. What matters is carrying forward the lessons, cherishing the moments that truly mattered, and finding peace with the paths we’ve walked.
