My Food Philosophy: Balancing Meat and Vegetables

What are your feelings about eating meat?

To be honest, I’m a meat lover. I enjoy eating non-vegetarian dishes and I dream of tasting all the delicious foods from around the globe. Food, for me, is an adventure.

That said, I’ve set some limitations for myself. I don’t eat non-vegetarian food every day. Most of the time, I save it for Sundays, while on other days I stick to a vegetarian diet. This rhythm gives me both indulgence and discipline.

I often think that if I had been born a vegetarian, I would have remained one for life—I’m stubborn that way. But since I wasn’t, I embrace both worlds. On some days I’m a strict vegetarian, and on others I’m happily a non-veg guy.

It’s not about being strictly veg or non‑veg—it’s about honoring both sides of myself.
