I think most of the latest technology is something better off without. It’s true that latest technology made us work less and given us more free time which actually made us lazy.

With this free time, we are doing non-sensical activities like doom-scrolling. It’s an endless trap that people aren’t even aware of.
As time goes on, with the increase in technology, people are becoming worse rather than better in their lives. I’m not saying technology is bad, through it, so many people benefited well. But moreoften than good, we are experiencing it’s harmful side effects.
Technological benefits
Technology helps doctors save lives with advanced machines and quick communication. It makes learning easier, with online classes and access to knowledge from anywhere. Families can stay connected across long distances through video calls and messages.
Move in action instead of dormancy
The usage of technogy should be kept within limits. For example, plan a day in a week or a month to go technology free, avoiding all the devices.

Stop doom scrolling and actually travel to the outside world. Instead of online shopping, try to do shopping in the mall or shopping district. Move your body instead of staying in the same position all day.
Conclusion

Technology is both good and bad. But people are using it in the most harmful manner possible. It can be used for good too and people should be made more aware of this. The truth is, technology itself is not good or bad, it depends on how we use it. If we use it wisely, it can improve our lives. If we misuse it, it can trap us. That is why balance is important. We should set limits, take breaks, and spend more time in the real world. A walk outside, meeting friends face-to-face, or enjoying nature can give us more peace than hours on a phone.
In the end, technology should serve us, not control us. People must be aware of both its benefits and dangers. By choosing wisely, we can enjoy the good side of technology while protecting ourselves from the bad.
