When the House Is Empty, the Rice Gets Cooked

What food would you say is your specialty?

Honestly, I’m not much of a chef. I usually cook only when I’m home alone — that is, when my sister or mom (or both) are out.

That said, I’ve found my comfort zone in rice dishes. They’re simple, forgiving, and versatile — and over time, they’ve become my specialty. I’ve had my fair share of kitchen disasters too (some of which I’ve blogged about before – Check out this blog My Puliogare Disaster), but each one taught me something.

What excites me most, though, is the idea of tasting food from all over the world. I want to travel, explore, and experience the incredible diversity of global cuisine — from street food stalls to traditional home-cooked meals.
